I loved the hotel. The beach walk was amazing. The staff were all great specially Jeremy at the front desk and hotel employee with valet parking.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. One of the staff on reception was an english soccer fan so we hit it off straight away! Staff and service in the restaurant again couldn't have been more friendly and the food was excellent.

We loved the view and private balcony. The room was very nice and clean. The staff was excellent and very attentive to our needs (Dianna). The dinner at the Wharf was awesome. Our waitress Gina was very polite and ensured our dining experience was top notch.

Such a romantic place to stay and dine. Staff were amazing! We will be making this an often visited stay. Ate at the restaurant 3 times and never needed to leave the property it was so nice during our weekend getaway.

We paid $649 a night for a room with a view and while we were en route to the property we were told that our view would be obstructed. What could we do as we were almost there? Not only was our view obstructed but there were also events that prevented us from using our deck on one night and sleeping on another night. I am accustomed to staying at luxury properties and I did not feel this property met that standard. As Connecticuts Premier Resort, I do not feel as if we received premiere service. At a minimum, we should have been compensated if not for our entire stay at least one night for the inconvenience. Additionally, we could have been given the courtesy of knowing about the events under the tent and we could have made other arrangements. Additionally, the breakfast delivered to our room which was supposed to suffice for a couple (2 people), 1 juice, 1 bottle of water, 1 muffin, 1 banana, 1 apple., was a joke. At $649 a night, the hotel could spare two bottles of juice, water etc. I called to complain about the noise and never heard back from the manager despite leaving three messages during the night and another message upon check out.
